This web page is for friends or people who would like to see my dogs and their pedigrees. I do not train outside dogs, sell dogs, offer stud service to outside bitches, teach lessons, or have any litters planned in the near future. All Stilhope dogs are bred and trained by me.

Stilhope Mick (Stilhope Molly x Denise Wall's Imp.Rob)
Mick,
born 3-7-98(ABCA 120019), placed 21st overall in the 2000 USBCHA Nursery Finals out of
104 dogs with one of the top five contributing scores of the winning Nursery
District, District 8. Mick started running in Open in Nov of 2000. He has
plenty of scope in all types of real work situations and has won several Open
trials against some of this country's top competition. Mick finished the
2004/2005 Open trial season ranked 7th in North America in USBCHA points. In
2005 he ran in the Soldier Hollow Classic, a prestigious International
invitational trial, and the USBCHA National Sheepdog Finals in SD. After a
near fatal bout with Lepto in the summer of 2006, Mick has finally come back to
his old form. He will compete in the 2007 USBCHA Sheepdog Finals in Gettysburg,

Stilhope Joy (Denise Wall's Micki x Imp. Rob)
(1994-2006) Joy (ABCA 53287),
was an Open level trial dog. She ran in the
2000 USBCHA National Open Finals in El Reno, Ok. She was entered in the 2001
Finals in Oregon but the National circumstances at that time
(9-11) prevented us from attending. Joy was a very useful dog - a good
worker on the farm, and a "big course" type of dog at trials, placing well at
challenging, prestigious trials such as the Bluegrass and Edgeworth. After being
retired from trialing, she worked on a commercial sheep farm nearby. Her eyes
were clear of hereditary disease and her hips were rated OFA good. Joy's Pedigree
Stilhope Tod (Denise Wall's Micki x Imp. Rob)
Born
10-10-94, Tod (ABCA 53289) is a littermate to Joy. Now retired, he was primarily a farm
dog who worked best on cattle. Eyes clear of hereditary eye diseases and OFA good. Tod's Pedigree
Stilhope Molly (Denise Wall's Micki x Lewis Pulfer's Imp. Spot (Creed))
Born 6-2-92, Molly (ABCA 29841) is a
retired Open level trial dog who qualified for the National
Finals in previous years. Molly and Kelly (below) were my first
dogs to train on stock. Molly is clear of hereditary eye diseases
and is OFA good. Molly's Pedigree
Stilhope Kelly (Denise Wall's Micki x Lewis Pulfer's Imp. Spot (Creed))
(1992 - 2005) Kelly (ABCA 29845), a littermate
to Molly, was an Open level trial dog who previously qualified for the National
Finals. She was clear of
hereditary eye diseases and OFA good. Kelly's Pedigree
Micki (Shelton Robinson's Wink x Wazi)
(1990 - 2004) Micki (ABCA 16416) was
a cattledog bred farm dog. In
her last seven years, she lived as she wished, as the
cherished only dog of Gail Harlan. Micki's hips were rated OFA excellent and she
was clear of hereditary eye diseases. Micki's Pedigree
Imp. Rob (Chris Smart's Kate x Tweed)
(1988-2000), Rob (ABCA 30914) was bred and trained in Scotland. After
living briefly in Ireland, he was purchased at one and a half
years of age by E. J. O. Evans of Wales, for whom he worked for
several years on a government sponsored sheep and cattle project
that ran thousands of sheep and hundreds of cattle over hundreds
of acres of hill country. In addition to his work, Rob was
successfully trialed by E. J. O.; he was a Nursery Champion in
Wales, and won every trial E. J. O. ever ran him in. After coming
to this country, Rob was trialed briefly by Roy Brown before I
bought him at the age of five and a half years. Rob was a dog of
great ability, but he was bred for a hard day's work and was not
an easy dog to handle without the long hours of hill work to
settle him. He was the first dog I ever trialed, and he did not
match his stunning overseas record at the trials here in the US
with me as his handler. Nevertheless, Rob showed me what the
"real thing" was like and with me he finally had a
permanent home. Rob was checked clear of hereditary eye
diseases and was OFA excellent. See In
Memoriam. Rob's Pedigree
